To make Openum usage easier, the web app generates two templates for users on their first visit.

 

To ensure accurate generation, users must fill out a form with the same information required for creating new templates: 


Basic data

  • Name/ Company
  • Company VAT number
  • Languages for document delivery
  • Language of the documentary evidence ( the language of the PDF document with all technical details and communications of Openum)
  • Sender's name or mobile phone for SMS
  • Sender's email address



Brand image

  • Company logo
  • Email text colour
  • Email background colour
  • Button text colour
  • Button background colour



The three automatically generated templates are as follows:

  • Openum Email
  • Openum SMS


 

Both share identical features except for the communication channel:

  • They expire in 30 days.
  • Initial communication through SMS or Registered email
  • There are three notifications:
    • Read
    • Process error
    • Expiration
  • And two types of reminders:  
    • Documents about to expire (sent one day before expiry)
    • Unread documents (sent 15 days before expiry)
