To streamline the usage of Click & Sign, upon a user's initial access to the web application, three templates are automatically generated.

 

To ensure proper generation, the user needs to complete a form with the following data, identical to the information requested when creating new templates:


Basic data 

  • Name/ Company
  • Company VAT number
  • Submission language 
  • Language of the documentary evidence (the language of the PDF document with all technical details and communications of Click & Sign process) 
  • Sender's name or mobile phone for SMS 
  • Sender's email address  


Brand image

  • Company logo
  • Email text colour
  • Email background colour
  • Sign button text colour
  • Sign button background colour

 

The three automatically generated templates are as follows:


  • Biometric hand drawn signature
  • Signature with Code sent by SMS
  • Signature with digital certificate


All three templates share the following characteristics, aside from the signature method:

  • Expiration period of 30 days
  • Initial communication through Registered email
  • Configuration of three notifications:
    • Individual signature
    • Expiry
    • Incorrect termination
  • No reminders
