13 - The request is in an error status (in red). What should I do?

  1. See question 2 where the sending status are explained in detail.
  2. Check if the email and telephone (in international format) are correct. If not, see question 14.
  3. Verify the information and reasons for the error in the documentary evidence (see question 17) and review in each case how to proceed.
  4. It is necessary to make a new sending so that the signatory can sign since an error status process cannot be restarted.
