13 - The request is in an error status (in red). What should I do?

- See question 2 where the sending status are explained in detail.
- Check if the email and telephone (in international format) are correct. If not, see question 14.
- Verify the information and reasons for the error in the documentary evidence (see question 17) and review in each case how to proceed.
- It is necessary to make a new sending so that the signatory can sign since an error status process cannot be restarted.
