  1. To know more about the statuses, see question 2.
  2. Ensure that the signatory can receive the email. For example, by sending an email with a standard mail tool and ensuring than he/she receives it.
  3. Make a new sending. If the signatory does not receive the email by any means, it is recommended to request an alternative email address.
