16 - I can't find a sending, what should I do?

In the "Sent List" search using the filters "Delivery ID", “Email”, "Mobile", "Templates", "Status" (see question 2) and date. 



Notes:

  • By default, the list is displayed with information from last week.
  • The search by date and time should be taken within 31 days. Intervals greater than one month are not supported. For queries made via API; the maximum time is 31 days.


In case of doubt when searching for a signature process, if not found, it is necessary to submit a support ticket to the Technical team, with all the information used and following the instructions in section “What information is necessary to submit a support ticket?”.
