9 - What should I do if I can't see or download or find the documents uploaded by the signatory?

  1. Verify if the template or configuration used has document upload enabled. You should access the "Template management" section, "Actions" column, "Details" button, "Signatory documentation" section must be accessed.
  2. Submit a support ticket to the Technical Team (see “What information is necessary to submit a support ticket?”).
