1. Check the sending is in “Pending signature” status. If the process is in any other status, it is not possible to sign (see question 2).
  2. Ask the signatory to confirm the device is not switched off or out of coverage.
  3. Ask the signatory to verify that the SMS inbox is not full or that some application may be blocking incoming SMSs
  4. Submit a support ticket to the Technical Team (see “What information is necessary to submit a support ticket?”).
