- Check the sending is in “Pending signature” status. If the process is in any other status, it is not possible to sign (see question 2).
- Ask the signatory to confirm the device is not switched off or out of coverage.
- Ask the signatory to verify that the SMS inbox is not full or that some application may be blocking incoming SMSs
- Submit a support ticket to the Technical Team (see “What information is necessary to submit a support ticket?”).
